These terms apply to all lessons, block bookings, camps and services booked with Joe Jeynes Tennis Coaching ("Joe", "we", "us") in Leeds and Harrogate. By booking a session, you agree to the terms below.
Trial and individual lessons are paid at the time of booking or on the day. Block bookings (5 and 10-lesson packages) are paid in full upfront before the first session. Prices are as listed on the Pricing page at the time of booking and may change for future bookings.
You may reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours' notice, at no extra cost. Rescheduling is intended for occasional changes, not repeated last-minute changes.
Trial lessons and individual sessions are non-refundable once booked. Block bookings are non-refundable, but unused sessions remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used flexibly within that period.
Sessions take place outdoors and may occasionally be affected by weather or court availability. If a lesson is cancelled by Joe due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost or credited to your account — this does not count towards the rescheduling limit in Section 2.
Junior lessons (under 18) require a parent or guardian to complete a short registration with emergency contact details before the first session. Joe holds an LTA DCA qualification, DBS certification and is First Aid trained. For very young children (Mini Tennis / Red stage), a parent or guardian is asked to remain on-site or nearby during the session.
Tennis coaching involves physical activity and an inherent risk of injury. Participants (or a parent/guardian for minors) confirm they are fit to take part and will inform Joe of any relevant medical conditions before the session. Joe holds professional indemnity and public liability insurance; this does not remove each participant's responsibility to play within their own physical limits.
Photos or video may occasionally be taken during sessions, tournaments or camps for use on this website and social media (Instagram). Anyone who does not wish to be photographed, or does not want their child photographed, can let Joe know at any time — no explanation needed — and this will be respected. See our Privacy Policy for more on how images and data are handled.
Rackets and balls can be provided on request if you don't yet have your own — let Joe know in advance. A professional racket restringing service is available separately.
Joe reserves the right to end a session early or decline future bookings in cases of abusive or unsafe behaviour towards himself or other participants.
